Our Returns Policy

The customer has the right to return a product purchased and ask for a replacement if and only when PLUG-INS TRADING LTD  has proven that:

- The wrong product from the one ordered has been delivered.

- Malfunction or destruction of the product due to mishandling during transport .

- The product is D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival)

In all circumstances, all products to be returned have to be in excellent condition, in the same way they were received by the customer and in their original packaging. If goods are not returned within 14 days from the date of their arrival, then PLUG-INS TRADING LTD will not in any way be held liable to accept the returned products for replacement.

Further, any product to be returned, must be accompanied with either a purchasing invoice or receipt. It is advised that you first contact PLUG-INS TRADING LTD before you proceed with any returns.

Our Cancellations Policy

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must notify PLUG-INS TRADING LTD via email within 7 working days after the day the goods were delivered. Cancellations after 7 working days will not be accepted. Upon notifying PLUG-INS TRADING LTD of your cancellation PLUG-INS TRADING LTD will issue you with a unique RMA number. You must return the goods to PLUG-INS TRADING LTD in the same condition and completeness as PLUG-INS TRADING LTD delivered them to you, please note this includes, packaging, manuals, cables, software etc. If you do not return the goods in the same condition and completeness, PLUG-INS TRADING LTD at its sole discretion can either reject the cancellation or levy a charge against you or your credit card to make good any damage or missing items.

The goods remain your property and responsibility until such time as PLUG-INS TRADING LTD signs acceptance of the return delivery of the goods. We strongly advise you to use a secure signed-for service, for example registered mail or courier service, and you should note that the cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.

With PLUG-INS TRADING LTD, you have 14 days to return a product that you are unsatisfied with. You can send the products back to us at your own cost with proof of purchase.  We will then proceed with refunding you entirely for your purchase within 30 days (note that shipping charges are non refundable).

All products must be returned in their original condition, with all their accessories and user instructions. The returned product must be free of damage, scratches or wear in order for it to be refunded.

It is advised that you first contact PLUG-INS TRADING LTD before you proceed with any returns.

All items have a minimum of a two (2) year warranty.
